SCOPE OF DELIVERY
Compressor, motor, electrical control CMC, pressure sensor for final pressure, outlet temperature monitoring, flexible hoses and SS flanges, electrically wired and mounted on the compressor stand.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Air-cooled, single-acting compressor unit, powered by an electric motor which is flanged to the coupling housing. The elastic coupling between compressor and electric motor ensures shock free starting of the compressor. Cooling of all pressure stages by the mounted axial fan. Aluminum block cooler for the 1st and 2nd pressure stage and copper cooling pipes for the 3rd pressure stage. Oil pressure lubrication for the crank drive and for controlling of the automatic discharge. Maintenance free oil- and water separator for all pressure stages. Non-return valve after the 3rd pressure stage. Flexible installation on 3 metal rubber-buffers. At every stop of the compressor the oil-pressure controlled automatic unloading discharges all pressure stages up to the non-return valve. The compressor is designed for star-delta starting and standard equipped with a solenoid valve for unloaded start. Type tested safety valves for each pressure stage and pressure controller for the oil pressure lubrication. Oil level control by the oil sight glasses. Pressure gauge for each pressure stage and oil pressure.
